Las Vegas, Nevada
The US 95 Phase 3D Centennial Bowl Project is the last phase of the US-95 Northwest Corridor Improvement Project, which will construct the US 95/CC-215 system-to-system interchange. This interchange is anticipated to relieve congestion, improve operations and safety, and accommodate anticipated growth in the Northwest Las Vegas Valley. CA Group was initially selected to provide a constructability review and was retained to augment the construction crew to construct new bridges, roadways, drainage structures, and electrical components; inspect retaining walls; and provide utility coordination, material testing, surveying, and schedule review.
I-15 North Phase 3C
Clark County, Nevada
Partnering with NDOT Crew 903, CA Group provided construction management and inspection services through NDOT’s staff augmentation program for this project that improves a 10-mile section of interstate by widening the existing roadway from four lanes to six between the Northern I-215 Interchange at I-15 and the Garnet Interchange (I-15 / US-93). Primary operations include demolition and modification of four existing bridge structures, extensive median embankment placement, and the expansion and connection of existing and new drainage facilities, including RCP, RCB, and CIP box culvert structures, new ITS, high mast lighting, cable barrier, guardrail, tortoise fence, and aesthetic landscaping.
I-215 West Beltway Trail
Las Vegas, Nevada
CA Group with NDOT Crew 914 oversaw the construction of three miles of dedicated multi-use pathways connecting users throughout the Centennial area from Centennial Parkway to Grand Montecito Parkway.
Continuing the City’s program to promote pedestrian use and expand access, this project offered the public a safe place to enjoy Las Vegas’s outdoor urban environment, providing excellent city views and improving adjoining drainage facilities, traffic facilities, and city aesthetics throughout the trial. Specifically, this project incorporated LED lighting, enhanced pedestrian crossings with rectangular rapid flash beacons (RRFBs), and constructed the latest ADA standards for all existing sidewalks encountered. This trail segment eliminates potential conflicts between pedestrians and motorists and improves accessibility.
